We’re very proud of the quality and workmanship of our KenzaPad products and back this up with a 3 year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. The warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship but not damage caused by normal wear and tear, unreasonable use or neglect.

Please register your KenzaPad within 30 days of purchase to activate your warranty.

To be eligible for a warranty claim, your KenzaPad must have been purchase from the KenzaPad website or from an authorized KenzaPad re-seller.

Making a warranty claim

To make a warranty claim, email support@kenzapad.com with a copy of your original receipt/order details and a description (including photos where possible) of the issue you’ve encountered with your KenzaPad.
